Meet Julia Wellmann

Julia Wellmann’s passion for real estate combined with her love for people has been the key that unlocked the door for her continued success as a NAR member. This highly skilled top producer is best known for her commitment to her clients, her integrity in the business and her ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Her goal for each transaction is to truly listen to the needs of the client and pair them with a property that cannot only serve as a home but a great investment for their future. Julia was awarded the Reader’s Choice Award as Favorite Real Estate Agent.

Along with residential, Julia also specializes in farm & ranch and land properties. As a native Texan, Julia grew up in an agricultural community. This “farmer’s daughter,” learned about hard work and harvesting quality relationships that can last a lifetime. In college, Julia competed on the National Champion Livestock Judging Team in Kansas and graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M University.

This proud mother of two lives on a working cattle ranch in Brenham, Texas and serves areas from Houston to Austin. When Julia is not out showing or at the closing table, she can be found helping her family with the cattle, antiquing at Round Top, volunteering with her husband in their community or serving as a Director of the South Central Board of NAR member.
