Meet Jo Ann Holba

Jo Ann Holba admits, “I love Bellville and Austin County as much today as the first day I moved here in 1974 from Houston.” It’s no wonder she has grown to become a multi-million dollar producer: she can’t resist showing off the rolling hills, spring wildflowers and small town charm that she loves so much.

While a youngster, she would read the real estate section of the newspaper daily. And in 1982 she made her passion into a career, earning a real estate license that would be followed with a Broker’s license. Jo Ann also achieved the prestigious Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation with NAR Land Institute, Certified Buyer’s Representative and Certified Residential Specialist.

Her experience and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market are two reasons Jo Ann has grown an extensive network of repeat and referral clients. She also goes the extra mile, treating clients as she would like to be treated – with the utmost respect, honesty and professionalism. She listens to her buyers and sellers and is sincere in her desire to help them find the perfect property. Throughout her career, Jo Ann has taken on numerous leadership positions in her Industry. She was named member of NAR of the Year with our local board and served as Director of Texas Association of REALTOR® (TAR) as well as Director and Secretary.

Jo Ann has been married to Gary Holba for over 4 decades, a local native of Austin County and licensed NAR member, who also assists Jo Ann full-time.
